#SIRC Unfortunate update. Brad said he resigned from SIRC. Rather than doing a PR, he announced this this week in a document he filed in my lawsuit against him. US Dist. Md. CaseNo 1:25-cv-00188. I'm not with SIRC so no idea if anyone's there. Guy couldn't run a lemonade stand.

$SIRC Update: All round shitty news. First, I was fired last week. The circumstances were such that I will be suing Brad. More once that's filed. This week the judge dismissed the Massey case. It was WITHOUT prejudice. Meaning the judge knows there's a there there, but seems to want the complaint more specific, even though we've already bent over backwards spelling out what Massey did. Here, I'm confused. The local attorneys we have helping us are confused as well. For instance, on page 8 of the judge's opinion, the judge conceded that we provided evidence Massey signed a Board resolution stating he hadn't been paid, the judge conceded that the board resolution provided him Preferred B shares based on that representation, and the judge conceded that we provided Massey's tax returns showing he had in fact been paid; yet the judge somehow concludes that it's not clear how Massey made a misrepresentation. 🤷‍♂️ The remainder of the judge's opinion is similarly puzzling. On a motion to dismiss, the judge is, under the applicable standard, essentially supposed to find every reason to uphold the complaint; but this judge seemed to be looking for any reason, even if a stretch, to throw it out. Again, we're all a bit shocked. The lawsuit was overly detailed. So the ruling, in our opinion, makes no sense. I and our local counsel are dumbfounded. Nevertheless the court did do the dismissal without prejudice, meaning that SIRC could theoretically amend one last time to add even more detail. The problem is that I was fired because, as you can see from the latest quarterly filing, SIRC isn't doing well financially. And here, Brad is being irresponsible in my opinion. There should be a PR letting investors know exactly what's going on. I can't go into detail due to confidentiality, but Brad's failure/refusal/whatever to keep shareholders in the loop is highly irresponsible. All I can say is that I think in my opinion that the latest quarterly filing shows that Brad has run this company straight into the ground. And he should have the decency and integrity to provide the facts in a PR. I have to leave it at that for now. @BrettRosen325 @DEUSVULTREV68 @twsmith2824

@LawOfficeJasonO @BrettRosen325 Thank you. I hope he does if he cares about investors and he has the integrity he said he does being a West point graduate military man. Otherwise he is no better than Dave Massey.

Let me ask you this @LawOfficeJasonO does he even read any social media? I know there was a site where he would get questions from investors at some point.

@SamAkerFinance I'm so glad I insisted on cash. I at least got paid through June. But no July, August, September etc. I did so much work for them, and even let my private practice dwindle based on Brad's words...

@LawOfficeJasonO @BrettRosen325 this is horrible news for @SIRC investors. Brad said he was a West point graduate and he was going to be transparent. I guess that was a lie. Really sad news. So Massey gets a way with fraud and Brad seems to be cut from the same cloth.

@LawOfficeJasonO @DelaquisMich Thank you. Brad saw first hand that an RS did nothing with the continued pressure from the 3a10. It screwed long term holders. This is why the arbiter money must be used wisely toward unlocking revenues and using it to do a buy back or eliminate the selling pressure. Thanks

@LawOfficeJasonO @DelaquisMich do you have any idea when the judge will be ruling on this, is it within weeks or months or years? Also please tell Brad do NOT do a R/S again. Grind it out and if you guys get Arbiter use a portion of it to buy back shares at this level OR settle your 3a10 debt.

@DelaquisMich I'm still in it to win it. Fingers crossed for a ruling denying Massey's motion to dismiss.

@LawOfficeJasonO @xDCCBx @Jamiewill1966 Please tell him no more RS. It didn't do anything the first time but hurt long term investors and the stock was still compressed to no Bid. His best bet is to use some funding for buyback instead of a RS.
