More companies should measure Time to Communicate and Time to Respond in TA. If you want to improve efficiency, waiting 2 weeks to communicate with a candidate after an interview won’t work. If time to fill is 40 days, time to respond can’t be 60 days. Cc: @ty_weeks

@TalentBrandMgr So what would you do if you were considering candidates for a creative role that didn’t have publicly available portfolios? How would you structure a work sample test so that candidates didn’t feel they were being tricked into giving free services?

@TalentBrandMgr Work samples are a more egalitarian way of assessing your capabilities. In fact it is one of the best predictors of performance. Interviews alone are often no better than random at picking high performers. When does a work sample test bridge over into free work?
