@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport please can you explain why your call centres make unsolicited calls and then hang up when you ask them to delete your phone number? This has now happened numerous times!

@Avis I rented a car in Toulouse, FR & having returned it was (later) advised parcel tray was missing. No indication on rental agreement that car had parcel tray, so I had no reason to note it’s absence. Customer care in trying to sort has been abysmal, yet $ taken off my card!

@niehaus_carl @PresJGZuma Just a thought, but should you perhaps read the judgment before issuing such a response? Clearly there is absolutely no basis in the decision for you to make the statements you do, and such rhetoric serves to undermine the rule of law.

My response to the judgement of the Appeal Court re. @PresJGZuma’s appeal regarding his medical parole matter. Despite some malicious and deliberate misinterpretations of the judgement, Msholozi will certainly not be going back to jail.

@KaplanUK It seems you have updated website to say that only AAT CBEs going ahead? Is this only for the UK or are those writing QLTS MCT outside of the UK also affected? Is the intention to reschedule the QLTS?

@KaplanUK please can you advise what the position is regarding the QLTS MCT (13 January) for those writing outside of the UK (in particular, South Africa)? Is the exam cancelled entirely as a result of UK lockdown?

@HunterBoots Hi there, I purchased some boots online (UK) in mid November for a Christmas present, but due to recent UK government restrictions will not be able to return from a holiday in South Africa until mid February. Will it be possible to do an exchange (wrong size) then?

@Ocado Can we please get an understanding of the time frame for this.? We are all sympathetic to the pressure you as a business are under, but it seems to make sense to let people edit their orders sooner rather than later to minimise last minute changes (as you have asked ppl to do).
