the Ministry of Health Singapore (@MOHSingapore) issued a national circular on 5 May, detailing treatment guidelines for individuals under the age of 21 with Gender Dysphoria (GD). grimly, guidelines state people under 18 diagnosed with GD should NOT be offered HRT and surgery.
