We can fence off a hill to stop people having a bit of fun watching the fireworks but can’t stop people invading our country in small boats

Primrose Hill this morning, taken by my friend walking his dog. How depressing is this on NYE.

Six weeks ago, I wrote to Tim Davie, then Director General of the BBC, to ask why a Panorama film crew who came to Runcorn to make a documentary about migrants housed in HMOs ignored the testimony of several residents who had suffered crime and anti-social behaviour from those housed in them.
It now appears that the rot runs deeper than I thought, but it serves as a reminder that the editing of President Donald Trump’s words was not an isolated incident.
A national broadcaster that survives by effectively taxing viewers has no right to give its own version of reality. If you share my view that this behaviour is utterly reprehensible, you can find instructions here on how to declare that you no longer wish to pay the licence fee:

I’ve spent over 21 years training landlords and agents on the importance of compliance with housing law. For the Chancellor of the Exchequer to rent out her own property without the legally required selective licence is simply unacceptable.
This isn’t a minor oversight — it’s a clear breach of the law designed to protect tenants and uphold standards. Every professional landlord knows that ignorance is no defence. Someone in her position should absolutely know better.
If this were any ordinary landlord, they’d face a hefty fine and possible prosecution. The same rules must apply to everyone — no exceptions for those in high office.
Rachel Reeves should face the full penalty under housing law and she should resign. Ministers cannot demand integrity from others while breaking the very laws they expect the rest of us to follow.

The man who kneeled for George Floyd remains silent on the murder of Wayne Broadhurst.
Shame on you, @Keir_Starmer. 🇬🇧

In case you are not from the UK, yet another British citizen has been murdered by an illegal migrant who should never have been in the country to begin with.
Just a normal guy, walking his dog, and now he’s dead. Stabbed to death on the street by some primitive from Afghanistan.
Living in the UK is now a deeply radicalising experience.
I no longer recognise my country, and I am beyond furious with the so-called ‘leaders’ who have done this. They clearly despise us.
They are more interested in protecting the rights of people who break our laws over the law-abiding majority who respect our laws.
They are leaving our borders wide open. They are even placing nearly 200,000 young men, most of them from Third World Islamic nations, in the very heart of our communities, despite KNOWING they include terrorists, murderers and rapists.
They are forcing us to pay £15 billion for the privilege and then they call us “racist” or “far right” when we complain.
They Take the Knee for some guy in Minnesota but refuse to say anything at all about young British mothers like Rhiannon Whyte, stabbed in the head 20 times with a screwdriver by some primitive from Sudan.
They fall over themselves to tell us our country is “racist” but they can’t even be bothered to hold a national inquiry into the mass rape of our children by Pakistani Muslim gangs which was, clearly, driven by anti-White racism. And why won’t they? Because they don’t want to “upset” the Muslim voters who are keeping them in power.
Routinely, consistently, they are gaslighting, misleading and simply lying to us, like the time they said we were “misinformed” to wonder what was going on in our country when, at the very same time, they were secretly flooding our country with thousands of Afghans while gagging the press and lying to us.
I am so done with this disastrous regime in Westminster, this utterly incompetent political class, this total refusal to actually put the hardworking, tax-paying, law-abiding majority in this country where they ought to be —first.
I am voting Reform —clearing out this rot in Westminster is the only chance we have of turning this country around and saving it. It is the only credibly alternative from outside the Establishment.
And I would urge you all to do the same.

Welcome to the UK:
On Tuesday, in Uxbridge, west London, a dog-walker was stabbed to death in the street by Afghan.
On Friday, an asylum seeker in Walsall was convicted of murdering a female worker at the migrant hotel in which he was staying.
On Monday, an asylum seeker in Bournemouth was jailed for chasing hotel workers with a knife because he was unhappy with the free food he was being given.
On Wednesday, a small-boat migrant in Derby was jailed for life for stabbing a bank customer to death.
A few weeks ago, a gang of small-boat migrants in Dorset was jailed for committing “roaming street violence” armed with machetes
We shouldn’t have to live like this

English mother accurately describes the UK currently.
"I've worked all my life. I don't want my money... being put on illegal immigrants. They are illegal. They're not genuine refugees. This country is in massive debt. They're being put before British people. They're getting free health, free dentists, free everything."
"We're not putting British people first. I am really concerned as a mother... they don't respect our British values, they are a threat, most are Muslims, they think we are infidels, they will not adapt to our religion, it's not about integration, they have their own communities and I just don't feel safe."
