Sleep scientist warns Congress is getting the science "exactly backwards" on permanent daylight saving time. Dr. Wendy Troxel tells Fox News Digital that permanent DST would force Americans to wake up "in the middle of their biological night" every single day, creating chronic misalignment between internal clocks and the external world. The U.S. tried this once before in the 1970s. It lasted less than a year before being repealed after morning car crashes spiked and parents revolted over kids commuting to school in total darkness.

Can the Avalanche Foundation just burn the remaining supply and cap AVAX at 432 million? Short answer: No 🚫 They can’t do it alone. 🤝It would need a major governance vote + protocol upgrade (likely a hard fork). 🔒The 720 million max supply is hardcoded into the protocol 🔒 🔑The remaining 288 million AVAX aren’t sitting in a wallet ready to be burned 🔥 🔺They don’t exist yet they get minted gradually as staking rewards over time. 🔺The Foundation doesn’t control all remaining tokens They hold a portion (ecosystem & grants) 🧲But most future supply only appears when validators earn staking rewards 🚩Technically possible? Yes ✅ Avalanche has on-chain governance via ACPs ⚙️ Community can vote to: 🚩Change the minting curve 📉 🚩Slow or stop inflation 🚩Burn from the Foundation treasury But it would be a huge and controversial move. 🔺Realistic ways to reduce supply: Foundation burns part of its own allocation 💰 Governance proposal to slash new minting 🔥 Shift rewards from new AVAX to transaction fees 💸 Bottom line: Capping AVAX at ~432M is possible but needs strong community consensus .🚀 Not something the Foundation should do unilaterally. What do you think? Should Avalanche go more deflationary? 🤔 #Avalanche #AVAX #Crypto

@SawyerMerritt I already pay an EV road tax. Our roads still have potholes. This money will never be used to fix one of them.

U.S. House lawmakers have proposed bipartisan legislation that ‌would require electric vehicles to pay a $130 fee to pay for road repairs annually and $35 for some plug-in hybrid models. The House is working on a five-year highway reauthorization bill expected to ‌cost more than $500 billion ahead of the current law expiration on Sept 30, 2026. Most revenue for federally funded road repairs is collected through diesel and gasoline taxes, which EVs do not pay. I think $130 is fair since over time there will be fewer gas vehicles on the road generating tax revenue, They'll need to make up the difference somewhere so they can keep repairing roads, etc. Full bill text in thread below:

It turns out the vaccines don’t *cause* autism. Just like tomatoes don’t cause salsa. As you read in my very first of nine books about health, autism is caused by mitochondrial dysfunction and immune dysfunction triggering neuroinflammation. That can happen without vaccines. It just happens way more often with them. Just like you can make salsa without tomatoes… It just happens way more often when they are an ingredient. Congratulations to @NicHulscher and the other researchers. And to @DrAndyWakefield for staying the course.
Nicolas Hulscher, MPH@NicHulscher

BREAKING: LANDMARK PEER-REVIEWED STUDY FINDS VACCINATION IS A MAJOR RISK FACTOR FOR AUTISM We found 79% of studies evaluating vaccines or their components (107 of 136) reported evidence consistent with a vaccine–autism link. After DECADES of censorship and denial, our 50-page analysis of more than 300 studies provides one of the most comprehensive syntheses to date on the possible causes of autism. The paper is now officially PEER-REVIEWED and PUBLISHED in the Journal of Independent Medicine. Autism’s rise is multifactorial—but routine childhood vaccination emerged as a MAJOR modifiable risk factor within the broader causal framework. We found potential determinants of new-onset autism before age 9 to include: 👵 Older parents (>35 years mother, >40 years father) 👶 Premature delivery (<37 weeks) 🧬 Common genetic variants 🧩 Siblings with autism 🔥 Maternal immune activation 💊 In utero drug exposure ☣️ Environmental toxicants 🦠 Gut–brain axis alterations 💉 Combination routine childhood vaccination Of 136 studies evaluating vaccines or their components: ➡️ 107 (79%) found evidence consistent with a vaccine–autism link ➡️ 29 reported “no association,” yet lacked unvaccinated controls and were riddled with major flaws ➡️ 12 studies comparing fully vaccinated vs. completely unvaccinated children found every time that the unvaccinated had superior overall health outcomes and substantially lower autism risk Biologic mechanisms converged on shared pathways—including immune dysregulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, and neuroinflammation—triggered by clustered and early-timed vaccination during critical windows of brain development. By evaluating all known risk factors side by side, this analysis uniquely clarifies the relative contribution of vaccination compared to genetic and environmental domains. No prior review has attempted this integrative scope without excluding positive vaccine-association studies or unvaccinated controls—an essential step in determining whether vaccines truly play a role in autism risk, and if so, how significant that role may be within the broader causal landscape. This publication represents a major breakthrough through the longstanding censorship imposed by the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex on the issue of vaccination and autism. It also marks Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s first major return to the peer-reviewed scientific literature in years—after enduring decades of attacks from the vaccine cartel. CONCLUSION: The totality of evidence supports a multifactorial model of ASD in which genetic predisposition, neuroimmune biology, environmental toxicants, perinatal stressors, and iatrogenic exposures converge to produce the phenotype of a post-encephalitic state. Combination and early-timed routine childhood vaccination represents a significant modifiable risk factor for ASD within a broader multifactorial framework, supported by convergent mechanistic, clinical, and epidemiologic findings, and characterized by intensified use, the clustering of multiple doses during critical neurodevelopmental windows, and the lack of research on the cumulative safety of the full pediatric schedule. @McCulloughFund @P_McCulloughMD @DrAndyWakefield @Honest_Medicine @CPriceRogers @KirstinCosgrove @NathanMeadPhD @BreCraven_PA @MilaLRad

Started taking Ivermectin, Fenbendazole and Mebendazole around 7 weeks ago not because I was sick but because I had just been feeling 'off', like something just wasn't quite right. I had some bloating after meals, brain fog halfway through the day, not sleeping as well as I always had, and low energy. I genuinely thought this was just part of getting older or being stressed all the time. I honestly didn’t expect much from any of this. These are old compounds that most people barely talk about, but I had done a massive amount of research months ago on anti-parasitics. My stack has been 24mg Ivermectin and 500mg Mebendazole daily. The first 10 days, I barely noticed anything besides sleeping slightly better. Then around week 2, I started waking up before my alarm naturally. By week 3, the bloating was basically gone. Digestion feels cleaner, energy feels stable throughout the day and the brain fog I thought was just adulthood & stress noticeably improved. Could it all be a placebo? Maybe partially. But what really caught me off guard was that people around me started commenting that I looked more awake and refreshed before I even mentioned what I was taking. I’m not a doctor and I’m not telling anyone what to do. I just decided I wasn't going to accept feeling suboptimal as normal. I wanted to see if the health benefits of a yearly or twice yearly parasite cleanse was really all it is hyped up to be. And the results have been amazing. I genuinely think a lot of people have forgotten what feeling GOOD actually feels like. I buy meds from @pharmacyinusa

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC. This is reckless and cannot stand. Masks save lives, the science is settled on that.

@jonycsarker Unless the exec teams screws up badly the tech will do well. The token is dead unless BTC rises substantially. No use for it. No changes will be made no matter how much the community tries. That’s the way “they” designed it.

I am telling you all again, my thesis on Avalanche is not wrong. $AVAX will become top 5 crypto by market cap within the next 2–3 years and one of the biggest winners of this cycle. Crypto is heading toward the next stage: bringing all assets onchain while companies and institutions need their own custom chains. That is exactly what Avalanche was built for all along. Soon, we will see the fruition of it. Just hand tight till then and keep accumulating as you get scope. There is no escape. $AVAX.

🚨NEW: Banking trades are mounting a coordinated push for revisions to the stablecoin yield compromise ahead of an expected Clarity Act markup next week, arguing the current language still leaves room for rewards programs that could effectively replicate yield. @bankpolicy, @ABABankers, @ICBA, @FSForum, @NatBankers1927 and @ConsumerBankers sent proposed edits to @BankingGOP leadership despite signals from @SenThomTillis and @Sen_Alsobrooks earlier this week that the issue had been settled. A Senate aide who reviewed the letter described the effort as “pretty milquetoast,” saying members have already shifted their focus to wrapping up other issues in the bill like ethics, suggesting the trades may struggle to gain meaningful traction on reopening the yield debate.
