So some psycho holds me hostage for 36 hours at knifepoint, assaults me, robs me of my phone and ID, and I end up semi crippled at my mums house with nothing. Ironically, I can prove who I am to order a passport, but not for @UBank to give me my fucking money. You guys are shit.

Following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s decision to decrease the official cash rate by 0.25% per annum, Ubank will decrease home loan standard variable interest rates by 0.25% p.a. Ubank’s Neat and Flex variable rate changes announced today will be effective 21 August.

@dl1161 Correct. To qualify for bonus interest, your combined Save balance must be higher than last month’s closing balance by at least $1 (excluding interest). If you withdraw $5k and only deposit $1, your balance would still be lower overall, so you wouldn’t meet the requirement

@UBank @crispi_1971 the link you provided said that it is required to grow balance by $1 to get the bonus interest. So, if i read it right, withdrawing $5k and deposit back $1 will not qualify for bonus interest as the balance is reduced. Am I correct??
