There is clearly a bigger issue ongoing in my area. I frequently receive automated text messages that there is a service issue impacting me. I also see Xfinity trucks in the area & have heard they are working on some sort of issue 5/x @XfinitySupport

I’ve had weeks of outages on my @Xfinity @XfinitySupport internet service and am out of ideas for how to get them fixed. Lagging and dropped video calls along with intermittent service outages now for weeks. A short list of things we’ve tried: 1/x

A technician came out and found no signal issues inside or outside my house. I’ve also swapped out my XFi router/modem but the issues continue. The automated troubleshooter is not finding the issue. What do I do next to try to work this out? @XfinitySupport

@XfinitySupport I am constantly having issues with meetings (Zoom, Teams, FaceTime). I occasionally lose all connectivity. I’ve been getting automated SMS messages seemingly several times per week saying there is a “network performance issue” in my area.

Lack of progress means you are doing too much of the wrong things. Step back and reprioritize your daily tasks. You want to achieve more, you need to learn how to do less.
