@JrMwaura33 There are doctors who don't know how to treat players. I remember Mean Machine players had a very specific doctor they used to see when they had serious injuries at KNH 2010 to 2016 I think. Someone may put you back together but never to play again.
English

Dr Mbugua from Kijabe mission hospital is the best surgeon on matters Acl reconstruction. He had players coming all the way from zambia to do Arthroscopic Acl reconstruction.

They've engineered the silence because they fear you more than they fear any judge. An informed public is their worst nightmare. So read the filings. Track the hearings. Ask the hard questions. The @IMFAfrica @KeTreasury, @NAssemblyKE, and every pen that signed these loans must answer.
Some politicians waiting in the wings will not speak because they hope to inherit the same broken system. To those seeking office: this is a test of principle. You cannot inherit a system you refuse to question.
We don't need their headlines to know our rights. The Constitution didn't give us a voice to whisper. The front page isn't theirs to give. It's ours to demand. Stay loud. Stay informed. The law is on our side

It’s actually crazy that Okiya’s odious debt case is not major headline news. Should be on the front page!!!
English

@FDitash @Maryian96 That Omtata case is probably the biggest thing happening right now. He's trying to undo the very root of the financial burden we're experiencing as a country. But here we are.
English

@Maryian96 Kenyan's should stop concentrating on this family, they are being used as misdirection for us not to concentrate on other serious issues like nko kadi or the okiyo omtata case.

The goal of this whole attack is to provoke other African nations into ostracizing South Africa so that the White Minority can properly deal with them.
By the time they realized it, the White Minority would have taken its control of South Africa’s land and financial wealth from 70% to 99%.
These misguided (Black) South African youths who are used for this manufactured xenophobia will still be the ones to suffer it. They have no idea what they are doing to themselves.

“Go back to your bloody country, you useless ones. You can’t fight your own government, so you come to South Africa. Bastards.” — South African man tells school kids and their parents
English

@supuypweza Looking back, doing stuff like this always gives us a reason to laugh our lungs out right now. It seemed like death doing it, but you eventually realise the world is full of suffering, so they just introduced it earlier. We all arrive at that realisation. Different times.

@mlunje_sheeso I agree. Forest is too far and the chances of standing throughout a match at the den are very high.
English

We need rugby back in stadiums bana, hii ufala ya playing semis and finals pale den na forest haimake sense at all. Why can't such fixtures be played kwa any stadium in kenya? All we need ni proper marketing and favourable ticket prices between 200 to 400.

@djeduhmaks It's always about the people in charge. A refinery could've easily fit in a 15yr strategic plan for our country, all costs aside, but these guys want a cut on imports. It's so sad man. They'd rather watch the country go to the dogs than loose their cake.
English

I asked why Kenya and Uganda are coming together to support an oil refinery in Tanzania and was told that Ugandans are already about 65% into building a crude oil pipeline from Hoima to the port of Tanga Tz.
Btw originally UG and Kenya had agreed to send it's crude oil for refinery to Lamu but the plan was dropped due to UG citing security concerns in Northern kenya, Higher cost of Kenyan route and Tz offered aa shorter, safer and cheaper route.
Kenya lost the geographic advantage and we're nolonger the main crude route. Kenya used to have a refinery in Mombasa, we used to import crude oil and refine it ourselves but it was shut down in 2013 and we now import refined fuel and KPC distributes.
Uganda on the other hand I feel they are the most played in this oil business because they discovered oil in their own country and they want to send it to Tz for refining and get it back as fuel. Why not just build their own refinery and sell to everyone?
Don't cook me. I'm just a normal man asking normal questions.

@marisia00 @Onorpik I raise you lungalunga-donholm route😂the conductor will only notice you fell off through a hole on the floor of the vehicle when the moneys don't add up.
English

@Voice_Roy Great breakdown. I pray one day we'll be on the same page as citizens and demand better. A few coins might buy out some but I hope we get there. It's such a pain to see where these people are steering us. It's become impossible to differentiate between politics and leadership.
English

@OloriOfOloris I think this is mostly because we deal with God like a human being. We retreat in shame when we offend someone and can't face them. Shouldn't be this way with God. I'm learning that too.

You can always smell a newlywed couple even in supermarkets. Not by their honeymoon glow, not even by their gleaming wedding bands, which they brandish like a trophy, but by the compromises they make to impress, to show the other that this is more for better than for worse.
The gent in front of me, for example, just bought an entire sack of sunlight detergent, and he did it all with a smile, even though he can’t tell you what it is for.
He removed his card and punched it in, probably without calculating the amount of beer and nyama choma he could have bought at Kikopey with that cash. And just when he was putting it back, his brand new wife came hobbling with two packets of chicken.
She was short and shapely, with yellow braids and even yellower skin. The type you don’t say no to unless you’re blindfolded. She came to the counter panting. Like she had won a marathon or was back from saving the world from inflation. “We forgot these, weh!” she sighed while putting the chicken on the counter and placing both of her hands on her wide hips to catch a breath.
“Do we really need those?” the gent groaned, anger choking his throat, probably thinking, ‘Why in God's name would we buy chicken when we have matumbo in the fridge?’ But then he looked at his brand new wife, and that smile broke across his face again, and he punched his card once more.
A time will come when the newness fades. When he punches that card, and there is nothing in it. When for worse becomes more than for better, then marriage will begin.

2nd year. Mechanics of machines. Exam preparation almost fried my brain I went to the field to scream and came back. I passed but I'll never forget the shear magnitude of stress I experienced. God literally dragged me through the finish line.
