@santtiagom_ Y cuidado con los “cache stampede” cuando el cache expira y miles de usuarios buscan data actualizada simultáneamente. Queueing, coalescing, o refrescar el cache en el background antes que expire son soluciones posibles.

Si tu app no usa cache, es probable que esté recalculando o buscando los mismos datos todo el tiempo. Un cache guarda resultados temporales para evitar hacer el mismo trabajo una y otra vez. Ejemplos simples: • evitar queries repetidas a la base de datos • guardar productos populares • reutilizar resultados caros de generar En vez de recalcular todo en cada request, el servidor devuelve una respuesta que ya tenía guardada. ¿Por qué es importante? • mejora tiempos de respuesta • reduce carga en la infraestructura • evita trabajo innecesario • mejora la experiencia del usuario ¿Qué puede pasar si no lo tenés? • la base de datos recibe miles de queries iguales • cada request vuelve a ejecutar lógica costosa • APIs externas lentas frenan toda la app • un pico de tráfico empieza a saturar el backend innecesariamente Muchas apps escalan gracias al cache. @emilkowalski Yes. Don’t animate repetitive interactions. The more you use a tool, the less animated it should be.

Don’t animate keyboard-initiated actions. As an example, I use Raycast hundreds of times a day. If it animated every time I opened it, it would make it feel slow, delayed, and disconnected from my actions. But there’s no animation at all. That’s the optimal experience.
