Gratuluji letošnímu vítězi Josefu Pacalovi @ujoex, který zabodoval s prezentací Breaking the Wall of Research & Innovation Insights, a bude tak reprezentovat 🇨🇿 v Berlíně. 👏

Sorry @instagram $12/mo. for no ads is crazy. I remember reading an analysis somewhere that monthly ARPU on ads is $1.83. If you charge me $3-4, I'd probably pay.

@minchoi We're using it for @readwonders to produce full paper summaries and conduct literature research almost by itself. It's soooo good!

I've left OpenAI. I'm mostly taking some time to rest. But I also have a few projects in the oven 🧑‍🍳 Here's one that I'm really excited about: we have a 🚨new paper🚨 out on aligning AI with human values, with the folk at @meaningaligned!! 😊✨🎉 Why I think it's cool: 🧵
Joe Edelman 🥞@edelwax

“What are human values, and how do we align to them?” Very excited to release our new paper on values alignment, co-authored with @ryan_t_lowe and funded by @openai. 📝: meaningalignment.org/values-and-ali…

🏡 Interior AI now has >99% profit margins - GPU bill is $200/month for 21,000 designs per month or about 1¢ per render (no character training like Photo AI helps costs) - Hosted on a shared VPS with my other sites @ $500/mo, but % wise Interior AI is ~$50 of that += $250/month in costs It makes about $45,000 in MRR and so $44,730 is pure profits!

@levelsio And then the engineers, marketing, designers, finance teams, etc. that would otherwise be needed to build a platform like this... All leveraged on APIs, low-code, automations, and presumably ai copilots. What a time.

@levelsio Interior AI doesn't seem strikingly complex - but it would take interior designers, 3d modeling, rendering time and whole operations behind it to give people new ideas for their rooms. Now with AI it's a few dollars at near real-time at a self-serve kiosk.

so much respect for @levelsio. Pieter has really figured out how to leverage himself into a full powerhouse & make money for himself in this world. One man + bunch of automation + (now) AI can do the work and create the value of several dozens to a hundred people.

Asking for feedback well is hard, but after today's chats with our users,... I'm biasing to explore process, hopes, and goals.... It's rewarding bc → it gets ppl excited about how life could be different; and helps us inform roadmap 10x instead of just incremental changes.
