Today, I am glad to share a small but meaningful step forward for our people in Yammawa Kangiwa ward and Turaruka in Yamma II respectively. For many years, these communities faced real hardship in accessing clean water, a challenge that affected daily life in countless ways. As Executive Chairman of Katsina Local Government Council, I committed that no community under my watch would be forgotten. Today, with the commencement of this borehole, families will now have safer, closer access to water they can trust. This effort is part of our broader commitment to reduce water scarcity across all our wards and to ease the burden on our communities. Just last week, we pledged to extend boreholes to several wards, and we are moving swiftly to translate those promises into action. I appreciate the patience and resilience shown by Yammawa residents, and I thank everyone who worked to make this intervention possible. Our administration remains focused on practical solutions that improve everyday life for our people.
