Is there an easy way to quickly cross-post content from Twitter to YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Mastodon? Translating stuff takes a while as is but posting elsewhere adds much more to the time. Tried IFTT for Telegram but it doesn't make full posts, just shares links.

Elon just compared non-verified accounts going forward to emails in a spam folder. Sounds like you'll need to pay for Twitter Blue for people to actually read your tweets. No more of those "this site is free" jokes, folks.
