@Hermesparcels are #liars stating they can do a next day delivery. They completely fail at that and hide behind Ts&Cs to cover themselves. It took them 3 days to deliver parcels which were for the next day & they dont offer a refund. #fraud #hermesparcels #poorcustomerservice

@ParentsParadise We may not return with adults having to pay now and you can see that the place is less busy on a day like today with the weather all over the place. Usually it would have been packed! What a pity.

@ParentsParadise Very disappointing to see that adults have to pay now to sit around listening to screaming children. One of the main reasons we come/came here always was because there was NO charge for adults. And to charge double in the weekend is really taking advantage.
