@gotrice2024 Earlier it was power windows. A child's neck was caught and glass kept moving up. Then a sensor was put in, that sensed any resistance to glass movement and stopped the window glass. Similar safety measure is needed wherever power operated system are used.

This man bought a new Hyundai Palisade, he loved everything about it until one day when his daughter was sitting in the third row. The child accidentally hit a button to fold the seats down, all of a sudden the child was frantic and screaming. The folding seat function works regardless of anyone is sitting in it or not. It doesn’t have any sensors to disable it when in use. Had someone else not intervened she could have been crushed, when these cars are made, aren’t they supposed to be tested for scenarios like this or do they just don’t care?

Quite a few years back, I was in Itanagar on work. The second afternoon I had some time and visited a tribal museum. I had to see the hornbill casque decorated head-dresses. Outside was a shell of an ancient warrior, who still had head turning looks. I am sure it was placed on display with the best of intentions. Yet it was visibly vandalised, dirty … kind of sad.
