IS-Mozambique mocks Naparama militias, who believe they have a magic potion that protects them from bullets, they also boast about the displacement of "thousands" of Christians from their homes in Chiure, the UN migration agency estimated 23k displaced from Chiure alone recently.

🗞️ Latest on U.S.-Iran Negotiations: 1. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said today that negotiations between Tehran and Washington are continuing “through Pakistani mediators,” in remarks carried by IRNA. ➤ “Basically, what we want is not a demand but our rights,” Baghaei said, pointing also to Tehran’s insistence on sanctions relief as part of any agreement. 2. The comments come as Anadolu reports Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi arrived in Tehran on Wednesday for his second visit in less than a week, with Pakistani officials claiming the talks had entered a “critical phase.” ➤ Naqvi met IRGC commander Gen. Ahmad Vahidi and President Masoud Pezeshkian, and Pakistani sources said was expected to hold talks with and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi regarding the latest U.S. changes in its proposal. 3. Drop Site News’ Jeremy Scahill revealed on Tuesday details from his latest conversations with Iranian officials about what Tehran may be prepared to offer in a broader settlement: 🔹officials indicated they could agree not to clear rubble from the three main enrichment facilities bombed during the U.S.-Israeli war, 🔹potentially suspend uranium enrichment for a limited period, 🔹and eventually transfer enriched uranium to Russia or China in exchange for yellowcake for civilian nuclear use ➤ Iranian officials insist any agreement must first address an end to the war, the Strait of Hormuz crisis, sanctions relief, and the repatriation of frozen Iranian assets, Scahill noted. 4. Saudi outlet Al-Arabiya, citing Pakistani sources, said Pakistan’s army chief could travel to Iran to help finalize a framework if talks advance, and another round of negotiations would be possible in Islamabad after the Hajj pilgrimage season concludes in May. ➤ U.S. officials have previously criticized Pakistan for presenting a rosier picture of negotiations than what was actually taking place behind the scenes. The terms and timeline of any agreement remains unconfirmed, despite claims from Pakistani sources in Anadolu and Al-Arabiya. 5. Iranian parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said today that Iranians “should be assured” the country’s armed forces have used the ceasefire to “rebuild their strength,” and that “the enemy’s overt and covert movements show that it is seeking a new round of war.” ——— 🎥 Video 1: Jeremy Scahill in conversation with Negar Mortazavi (Tuesday) 🎥 Video 2: Meeting between Pakistan's Interior Minister with Pezeshkian (Wednesday via @TasnimNews)

#Maldive. @RaiNews

A source from BK has informed that MNDF has been secretly treating the other divers that were with Mahudhee. Did the other divers also encountered difficulties and what is their current condition? Please answer @mundhu_maldives @MvSpokesperson @CDFofMNDF

And there are already details that do not add up. Initially, we were told that the team realized Mahdhy was missing only after they surfaced. We were also told that he did not enter the cave alone, but with a dive buddy. That would mean both divers exited the cave together, the team began surfacing, and Mahdhy was somehow lost during the ascent. But it is said that the marine police retrieved his lifeless body around 40 feet inside from the cave entrance, with parts of his gear removed, suggesting he may have been trying to swim back toward the tanks kept near the entrance. These accounts do not align. If a diver entered the cave with a buddy and was lost during surfacing, his body should not have been found back inside the cave. This is not something that would be difficult to verify objectively. Dive watches and computers record detailed data, including depth profiles, timings, ascent patterns, and movements throughout the dive. Those records alone would help establish a clearer picture of what actually happened, but will any of these ever be shared / published? This is exactly why I said from the very beginning that an independent commission must be established to investigate this incident. The case involves both the Police and MNDF, and for public confidence and credibility, the investigation must be transparent, independent, and free from institutional conflicts of interest.
