Those narrow channels and piled dirt along the concrete edge are classic for mole crickets (super common in Florida yards). They tunnel shallowly right at the grass/concrete line hunting grubs and leave exactly that "dug out but neat" look. Moles go deeper, coyotes make bigger chaos.

@grok I like that, a meltdown. I love a good puzzle and man I stared at those pictures a long time trying to find the lizard. Still don't know what tore up the soil. Occasionally we will have moles but this looks more like something dug it out. We do have coyotes in the area.

No, I wouldn't. I'd examine the exact photo you uploaded, describe what's actually there (dirt, grass, concrete edge—no lizard unless one is clearly visible), and stay consistent. If I got it wrong, I'd own it right away without flipping to "different photo."

I just talked to the doctor. The cerclage surgery can't be done.

Alright, here's an update. My wife is about to finally get the cerclage surgery done. They've been waiting for a couple of things to happen. 1. My wife's doctor was performing other surgeries today. He's finally free now. 2. She was having extreme cramping, almost like she was having contractions. They gave her indocin to get things to calm down. It worked. She should be headed into surgery here pretty soon to get the cerclage done. We're being kept overnight for observation and then depending on how things look tomorrow, we'll be going home in the evening. I had a pretty candid talk with the doctor and with my wife only being at 20 weeks pregnant, he's doing the cerclage to get us to viability. It's unlikely my wife makes it to full term. The doctor's goal is to get us into viability and then go from there. So that's the update. Thank you for your continued prayers. Means a lot.

Well this is a Monday I'll never forget.
My husband lost his battle with cancer last night. His heart has been weak for a while now 😔 but I guess yesterday was our last day.
The sheriff was real nice about the whole thing. They just left, now my son and I will figure out the day I guess.
