NEW: The spring breaker who was seen dancing on top of a Jeep in Port Aransas, Texas, has sadly died. 22-year-old Michael Brown suffered a fatal head injury and passed away on Friday, according to local reports. The driver of the Jeep, Riley Rhoades, was arrested at the scene for driving drunk. Brown was reportedly thrown from the car after Rhoades crashed into a Tesla. "These are the idiots who hit me going 75 mph. Sitting here trying to get their story straight while their friend is dying," said the individual who was hit by the car at the time of the March 14 crash.
