Went on Facebook to see that A pastor is looking for a wife for a mentally challenged person instead of putting him in a facility where he will be given adequate care. In many countries, when someone has severe brain damage, the next step is to get them proper medical care and place them in a facility where trained professionals can support them. But in Nigeria, the next thing people do is start looking for a wife for him. That alone says a lot about how women are viewed. Women are not caregivers you assign to difficult situations. They are human beings with their own lives, choices, and dreams. May God forgive all of you. Silly people. Anyway, I wouldn’t even be surprised if women show interest, nothing wey pick me women no go do to get married.

Asides the fact that I don’t argue religion nor judge pastors, y’all feel that it’s your N500 offerings or 20k tithe that bought him this? Darling, most of these exotic properties are gifts from well to do individuals that wont be on social media judging him 🤣 “Una pastor dey drive cyber truck 😂😂” even in the Bible, the donkey that Jesus rode on was decorated for him by his followers, which was a mark of honor

@MekaWrights @FortunateU Jesus defined hypocrisy as removing the speck from your neighbors eyes when you have a log in your eyes. Imagine buying cybertruck for someone that has G-wagon when you have an older widow on your street that is starving and kids on the street that can't afford school fees

@MekaWrights @Esama_of_Lagos I don’t know wether they think Jesus was poor - Donkey then was the highest means of transportation and you had to either be rich or know someone rich - Jesus got lots of gifts from influential men n when he sends his disciples to men , they just tell those men Jesus sent them

@Benjaysson @FinPlanKaluAja1 In a bit to sound smart you have blundered yourself First of all how many countries have nuclear power plants? Talkless of 4? Why should Nigeria with immense Solar, hydroelectric, gas and wind potential decide to go solar? A country that national grid collapses almost weekly!!!

@FinPlanKaluAja1 I say this and I’ll say it again 4 nuc!ear power plants in 4 regions will solve our problems. 4 stations generating 4k+ MW each will solve a whole lot but unfortunately our presido gave a bad signal to AES countries that should be primary source of Uran!um

Lagos State wanted to detach Lagos State from the power grid under Governor Bola Tinubu and Enron, but the FGN stopped him FGN also stopped Rivers and Akwa-Ibom Abia State lucked out with GEJ and Bart Nnaji and got an early start. Now that laws have been amended, States can exercise power. It should have happened from 1999 Nigeria can't run a single national grid; it's too inefficient Regarding the Discos, they should own the grids and buy and sell power on their terms. This “nationalisation” of everything does not allow for business efficiency How can power be generated in Bayelsa and transmitted all the way to Yobe I know nothing about power, happy to be educated
TheCable@thecableng

.@alexottiofr: Our vision on electricity is to detach Abia from the national grid... my commissioner for power is currently in The Netherlands negotiating that

@2tomoehoe @treyedelstein19 so Iran is just gonna let a bunch of US naval vessels through the straits to get to the island? In an active total war scenario that we are in right now?

as I have been saying for 2 weeks.....and in recent days all of the "experts" are saying, this would be the most suicidal military move... 1. Iran is not going to just allow a convoy of MEUs with a few thousand Marines through the straits to get to the island. We are in a war, they will sink them 2. An airborne assault out of Kuwait, or a fucking airborne parachute drop as the other option is ridiculous 3. The island is 15 miles offshore from the mainland...literally in fucking MORTAR range at least.....drones and missiles and artillery will just pound the tiny "excursion" of troops on a tiny island that has no bunkers, no where to hide 4. Zero logistical support for any troops that actually get there What the fuck are we doing?
GeoInsider@InsiderGeo

NEW: Israeli sources are increasingly pointing to a possible U.S. ground operation against Iran, likely limited and focused on Kharg Island and the Strait of Hormuz. The objective would be clear: hit Iran’s oil lifeline and force Tehran back to the table.

@tobyasky Yes. They were not logical enough. Point being that there were over half the games to go. And Villa doesn't have the squad depth or quality to compete with the big bous while pl@ying in Europe. A top 3/4 target at that time was more realistic Anyway as you said, it is your team

How is that contradictory? Do you know the meaning of contradictory? Liverpool were tipped as winners at start of the season (as at that time), because they were champions. Villa tipped to fight for the title was “Logical as at that time”, and I backed it with points. 1. 3 points off top 2. Momentum, 10 wins in a row. 3. Beat the top 2 teams to show that they’re also in for the race. Are these not logical enough? We know Villa is a stretch, especially due to squad depth, and this actually caught up with them. What is contradictory here?

Very logical as at that time. OPTA supercomputer predicted Liverpool to win at start of the season because it was logical at that time. Would it predict same at this time? No. Villa had 10 wins in a row. They beat Arsenal and City, they were 3 points off top. I gave them a chance. So, as at that time, it was logical to give them a chance. They’re my team and I back them. You would also back your team wouldn’t you? You have been saying Arsenal will win the league for some years, have they? No. You still back them. Villa winning the league would have been unexpected, you think I didn’t know that, but I wanted a Leicester repeat, I love an underdog story. Even in that tweet you were quoting multiple times, in the comments, I put “hope is free”, but you didn’t quote that one as it didn’t resonate with your agenda innit? Lots of things changed, McGinn out injured all of a sudden, Onana injured, Pau Torres, Mings, and at some point, Lindelof was the one playing, Kamara out of the season, Tielemans injured (this team was built around this midfield trio and imagine all of them being out) , Leon Bailey had to be recalled from loan as nobody was available to play, Watkins in and out injured…I know you wouldn’t consider all of these, but if I search your timeline, I’ll find tweets where you probably have said at some point that, Saliba getting injured didn’t make you win the league or reduced the chances of winning it. So yes, as at that time, I have Villa a chance. Next question ?

@BristbyJohn @F_PrYmE @K3N3_X Bro you need to learn and stop being so obtuse. Your own screenshot says Abramovic agreed to donate to all victims of the war (going on) in ukraine. Russians who lose their life/limbs are still victims of war Also, are you saying he can't decide where his money goes to?

I’ve never seen this kind of thing in my entire life. Because of Roman Abramovich’s relationship with the Russian President, the UK government forced him to sell his football club Chelsea & now want to force him to donate the proceeds to Ukraine victims. Now he says, he wants it to go to both Ukraine and Russian victims since he’s from Russia, the UK government disagreed and asked that he sends his own money he got from the sale to the Ukraine victims alone. This is what’s causing the on going dispute. His money o, not another person’s money. That’s wild!!

🚨 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: Roman Abramovich's lawyers have warned the UK government that the frozen £2.35billion from the sale of Chelsea is entirely his and he will fight any attempt to confiscate it. He wants to donate it to help war victims but under his terms. — @martynziegler
