@danielcberk Even if there no 100 trillion people, but still…..agree with you…. Everyone I have on LinkedIn are people who laugh at my jokes, (even though they are not funny they are cringe as fuck )They either want the job or they work for me.

I see a lot of advice for 20-year-olds and teenagers.
Grind hard. Invest 10% of your paycheck in the S&P 500. Be disciplined. Build early.
I beg to differ, man.
Do whatever the fuck you want.
Destroy it. Party. Try things. Do it all.
Because if you don’t, it will bite you eventually.
You’ll hit 40, have a midlife crisis, and realize you did fuck all.
And I’m not saying this as some bullshit, theoretical advice.
I did that.
I did not take my career seriously until I was 29. And now I’m in the top 1% of a Fortune 500 company.
So I’m speaking from experience.
Not giving advice for the sake of giving advice, which I see a lot on Twitter.
Some people’s full-time job is giving advice. But what substance do they actually have behind it?
Even big accounts, man.
Cringe as hell. see a lot of advice for 20-year-olds and teenagers.

@theharshith_ If you enjoy the grind. By all means please keep doing that, just let loose every once and while…don’t beat yourself up. You don’t want to be 40 and realize that you never lived. Live NOW, it’s not a video game that you will beat at the end….this is it…

Things we could do without in corporate America, No. 4:
Annual compliance training.
The video is 30 minutes and cannot be skipped.
It pauses when you click to another tab. It knows.
An actor finds a USB drive in the parking lot and considers it.

This year I've noticed managers changed up how they interview candidates.
They're asking you to go extremely in depth on "What you did, how you did it, what you achieved."
For every answer you give, they'll ask "why," "how," or "and then?" Pushing you deeper each time.
If you can't go 3-5 layers deep on your answers, they'll assume one of three things:
• You didn't actually do it
• You did it but had no real impact
• You're just making it up

@DearS_o_n Well you never know what will happen 15 to 20 years down the line.

Agree 100% however, most of the lessons you know by now are unteachable….How you gonna get them to know that deep and meaningful relationships (family, kids, friends ) is the most important thing in life without them actually passing through life traumas and life punching them in the face. The only thing is to guide i guess.
