Paid ₹32,34,575 in income tax over the last 6-7 years. Took a small break from work for just 3 months, and now I’m half-expecting a reaction. 1. Will the Income Tax Department ask why I’m not earning anymore since their cash flow just dropped? Or 2. Will they finally offer some unemployment allowance for a change? The doctor takes ₹1000 cash for a consultation. No receipt. No GST. No record. The income tax department sends YOU a notice for the medical expense you claimed. Kafkaesque doesn't even cover it.

Having paid over ₹1 crore in direct taxes over the years, yet if I lose my job: - No unemployment benefit - No income protection - No social security We copied taxation from developed countries, Why not copy taxpayer protection! Should lifetime taxpayers above a threshold be rewarded with a basic social security in India?

Corruption just went digital. 🤡 In Chitrakoot, Kotwali in-charge Shyam Pratap Patel has been line-attached after getting caught taking a bribe online. Yes, you read that right ONLINE. An overloaded truck driver didn’t have cash, so he transferred the bribe to a third party linked to the officer. No fear, no shame just a smooth upgrade from cash to UPI corruption.

@creaativesoul It is very painful. What is govt’s role in someone working extra hard to get a bonus? Nothing! If at all they would’ve made life difficult by not providing proper transport, electricity,etc. But they want a huge part of the hard earned bonus. This is a loot!

@Benarasiyaa Realistically speaking if the speed limit for 2 wheelers across the nation is 80kmph, why cant the govt make it mandatory for manufacturers to lock the speed beyond this threshold? They have done it for State transport in some states.

This accident is being claim to have happened near Janeshwar Mishra park in Lucknow. Something needs to be done to rein in such riders using road as racing tracks.

At any airport round the world, u can come out to the kerb at arrivals and can be picked up by your car It is of course a quick 5’, ‘load bags n jump in’ pit stop At @CSMIA_Official (Mumbai Airport) you have no such choice. You HAVE to go into the parking to collect the passengers. Then wait in line to exit and get slammed for some ₹300 (P6 rates). A 3-4’ pick up results in a 20-25’ headache This is such a waste of time and a rip off. The math of this extortion fleecing patrons runs into a massive number for the airport Should be illegal or poorly planned intentionally

As per reports, his elder brother is an IIT alumnus, he himself is an engineering student with good scores, and there are no reported incidents of any wrongdoing against his family or him. Yet he was working with people from Pakistan-based terrorist organisations like JeM to recruit individuals to carry out terrorist activities in India. What is wrong with these men?
