The Wilson/Davis notes indicate that Wilson, after digging through the SAPOC records, found & contacted three other programs but was told "they weren't what/who he was looking for."
In Vallée's Forbidden Science 5, Vallée writes "He (Wilson) found not one but three programs related to UFOs. None of the three would talk to him, but they referred him to a forth group, and he insisted on talking to that project."
We've never heard any further details about the other three programs hidden uniquely in the SAPOC records. Vallée indicates they are UFO programs and the Wilson/Davis notes also clarify this: "... they were part of it, in different compartments, placed in different layers of the compartments pyramid, split up to do different things or parts of it, they're all in the same records group, but their connection to each other is not obvious (typical thing but unusual in records).
These programs are tied to the $5-9 billion Pentagon budget discrepancy found in the 1990s. These sub-programs, when combined, likely are the subject of the next @jamescfox documentary, "The Program".
How many first-hand witnesses/whistlerblowers come from a single sub-program, and how many come from the others?
2024 may make the Wilson/Davis notes seem tame.
