@narendramodi @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @IndiaPostOffice India post bank Neft transactions have an issue. It takes 24 hours for transferring money once the neft transaction has been made on Internet banking. We boast about instant UPI, why Postal dept takes so long?

@IndiaPostOffice Sir, I know India post is not live on UPI, I meant in the age of UPI India post NEFT takes a full day. This needs to be looked into and made at par with banks. NEFT should be completed in 1 hr max.

@unmallya Dear Sir, The amount sent thorough NEFT are being settled based on batches. However, Department of Posts is not yet live on UPI.

@IndiaPostOffice Sir what ever the batches may be, my transaction of NEFT was requested at 8:50 am, the credit to Beneficiary a/c was done at 5:37pm. It took 8.5 hours for the transaction to complete.
