I don’t think it will happen,but it’s been wild to see the hate for just speculating on adding a new type I feel like getting a new type is something every Pokémon fan should want,but instead many react like it’d be a burden😂 It’s a new layer/dynamic,not only in battles but in new Pokemon designs. Like, types don’t always have to make sense, or be added just because of balance. Some even said it’s unnecessary… But it doesn’t need to be about any of these things, it would just be for fun. A way to spice up the Pokémon world. And don’t you get tired of the same 18 we have sometimes too? I could understand if we got a new type every Gen or something, but throwing a fresh new element in the mix always sounds exciting IMO

in contrast to this though. the generational opinion plummet of gen 4 also needs to be studied. i remember around 2019 it was like "this is my childhood game, it's peak, sinnoh remake WHEN" and now people say it was never that good and that it was awful even before the remakes😭

the generational opinion flip on gen 7 over the years needs to be studied bc i remember 10 years ago everyone thought it was weird and different and bad and ugly and the anime was too kid friendly but now going back to them as an adult they're just genuinely peak pokemon

I think this is only a good thing for the brand even if the game may not be for some main series players.

Potential Pokémon Leaks⚠️ The final option of having PLA style catching be our main method of catching underwater(& on land)is actually now supported by this info from Ballguy! He said we can“expect”real time catching to return,and mentions a feature of charging a Pokéball to throw it with more power(I assume something like we hold the A button and then release it to make the ball go farther?) Dive balls?! However,this isn’t 100% confirmed yet as it was from an earlier build of WIWA and Ballguy himself says it in a cautionary way. STILL- This is some of the best news ever, having a PLA style catching OPTION in Gen10 would be a dream come true✨
