These top-ranked Trojans were a force to reckon with this season, but health and safety come first. Our competition comes to a close with the cancellation of NCAA and Pac-12 events. Thank you for all the support, Trojan Family! #FightOn and take care of yourselves and others ✌️

@DrNikkiPhillips @DrEWolfswinkel It is reasonable to look at all facets of our practice. For many years, we have deployed outpatient cleft lip repair.

@JordanFreyMD @FrancescoEgro @DrEWolfswinkel @prsjournal @DrRodRohrich @ChadPurnellMD @shujashafqatmd @IraSavetskyMD @DrNikkiPhillips @ACPAMeeting The nurses on the floor were trained as to what to look for and as Dr Wolfswinkel mentioned, we have established protocols and guidelines. Thank you for this question
English

@DrNikkiPhillips @DrEWolfswinkel Candidly, we are all being asked to reduce cost without compromising quality of care. Our data should support this endeavor in hospitals with similar personnel
English

@shujashafqatmd @DrEWolfswinkel Typically easier to justify but our remaining ICU patients generally transition to floor before home

@rajparikhmd @DrEWolfswinkel @prsjournal @AraSalibianMD @AliQureshiMD @DrRodRohrich @IraSavetskyMD @shujashafqatmd @FrancescoEgro @drrissy @JordanFreyMD @OlivierBranford @WashUSurgery Thank you for your question. I think non syndromic healthy metopics and unilateral coronals could be done but we dont have all the data to support that at this time
English

@FrancescoEgro @DrEWolfswinkel @prsjournal Yes. It would be reasonable to assess resources and experience of the floor and ICU to determine safety in your institution. Tertiary pediatric enterprises certainly would be capable once protocols are established. Depends somewhat on volume.
English

@PatMcGuireMD @DrEWolfswinkel @prsjournal We explain the data and safety. They seem to like that it appears more routine of a procedure and are able to sleep alongside their child more peacefully than the ICU. Thank you for the question
