🧠 Mental health matters , and seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
There is no “serious enough” point you must reach before talking to someone. If your #mentalhealth is affecting your daily life, relationships, studies, or work, your feelings are valid and support matters.
As we begin our #MentalHealth awareness month campaign under the #theme “More Good Days, Together”, let’s create spaces where conversations are safe, stigma is reduced, and no one feels alone.
💬 Signs it may be time to talk to someone:
• Constant stress or sadness
• Feeling overwhelmed most days
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Loss of motivation or concentration
• Withdrawing from others
• Feeling emotionally exhausted
You do not owe your story to anyone, but sharing when you are ready can open doors for others.
