🎥The 4th down play pre snap alignment did put Bama in stress. Gaston misses his down to take care of 22 and Cash is one on one with Sabb. He may have made the tackle but Cash would have gotten the 1st if he wasn’t unimpeded by 73 miss. Should never have come to this though. Note: He wouldn’t have gotten chased from behind if he didn’t have to avoid the miss by Gaston. Note: Gunner could have pulled this too. However too much ambiguity on such a critical down.

Nick Saban on Auburn’s start, despite close road losses: “If you continue to support him (Hugh Freeze), this team’s going to come around.”

The numbers to beat on Saturday: Last year UA gave up 33 points to the Vanderbilt offense. Gave up 418 yards of offense. 5.6 yards per play. 12/18 on 3rd downs. Only forced 2 punts. Forced no turnovers. Beat those numbers this year and you win the game.
