🚀 Client Onboarding Updates After extensive discussions and data analysis, we rebuilt the system to support Task Forms, allowing you to create custom forms for clients to fill out for onboarding. This is perfect for collecting brand assets or other essential information before starting client work. Additionally, you can now require clients to complete a walkthrough before accessing their portal after checkout, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. To keep things on track, we've also introduced automated email reminders—if a client hasn't completed their onboarding checklist, they'll receive a follow-up email every two days.

We'll be releasing updates to Client Onboarding in the next 2 days. You'll be able to: 1️⃣Force clients to go through the step-by-step onboarding like video below before they can access their portal. 2️⃣Attach a Task Form as a step so you can ask questions to gather data like brand assets, logos, etc. 3️⃣Email reminders to clients to complete their onboarding if they have not. 4️⃣New location for accessing submitted onboarding responses.

All of them are pretty trash because they're not built for agencies with their specific workflows. So they miss hose small details like Roles & permissions to keep contractors from seeing client invoices or them being able to message the client. The client portal is also usually a very subpar experience for clients and too complex. That's why we built Queue.

3 primary features : Invoice ( send and receive payment) a third party can be integrated here np but for international payments Task update / management that both client and service provider can view Communication ( may need an app extension for this) 3 Secondary features : Book sync calls ( calendly integration maybe) A space to store all the documents related to the project ( could actually be a primary feature too) A review + testimonial collection post projects completion with a consent form.

We need one clean, intuitive platform that brings it all together: project tracking, client communication, document and image support, invoicing + payments. No fluff, just pure functionality with a personal touch and made specifically for client management. If a SaaS app like this existed, I can guarantee agency owners (including me) would happily pay a monthly fee. No hesitation. Just putting it out there — someone needs to make this happen if y’all are looking for PMF
