The race was between 3 people and that is a very generous 3 because Warren was always on the outside.
The fact that Bernie only got 20 and 27 on the first and second choice is proof that black voters didn’t like him.

It is impossible for states to “disobey” an executive order. An executive order is a vehicle by which a president directs executive-branch officials how to administer existing law.
Trump cannot “mandate” how states administer their absentee-ballot laws. Insofar as the EO will threaten to withhold federal funds, Trump will need a statutory basis for imposing that condition. (And if he has one, why hasn’t he acted before now?)

The executive order will require the admin to create a list of confirmed U.S. citizens who are eligible to vote in each state.
