VAR’s angle that swayed their view to not give a pen & the explanation:
The reason the PK wasn’t given is the attackers right foot makes contact with the defenders right calf from behind. which trips the defender. As a result the defender fall onto the attackers.

Been to other parts of the country too and IMO they don’t come close to WA. Absolute must visit, my favourite part of the country. Can’t go wrong anywhere south of Perth
