Hey @USPSHelp is holding my package hostage at their location and won’t return to sender and won’t reattempt delivery. So how do I get my package yall?? You didn’t leave me a slip. You won’t let me log in. No one answers the phones. And I have no slip to bring. Make it make sense

@USPSHelp hello. Tracking 9400108106244944512839 has been “no access to location” two days in a row. That is impossible. There is always access to our location.

@USPS @USPSHelp my package was shipped 14 days ago and has been stopped at the Lake Mary distribution center for 11 days. Two tickets and calls to customer service have done nothing. They confirmed it is there, please help!

@USPSHelp I have mail that I sent out 2 weeks ago and it's saying the post office never received it. this has never happened before with any of my mail and I sent another item the same day that went through just fine. please help. I'm so frustrated with the USPS customer service

@USPSHelp why can’t I report a piece of mail missing from the informed delivery anymore? Your chat is useless. Just gives me the definition of “missing mail”. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Then if I follow the link to report missing mail it’s broken. No wonder y’all are broke. In more ways than one.

@USPSHelp @USPSHelp no one is answering at the local post office now and I can’t get a refund from Amazon because it shows hold for customer pick up, not damaged.

@USPSHelp watched the carrier scan an Amazon package, put it in his bag & at 5p the package that was out for delivery since 7a was “requested by customer for hold” I did not request that. I reported it &got a vmail about how my “package arrived”. No one is answering the phone now
