How long until the FA bring in a rule that you can’t go over to the dugout mid-game. Seems to be every week you’re seeing a ‘keeper going down injured on 30/60/75 mins for everyone to have a team talk.

I'm putting in my CV for the Tottenham Hotspur job. I have tons of experience. I won the league 3 years in a row and won the Champions League twice playing FM26 😎

@FortheR93378109 Gordon Richards was an assessor for many years after that. Very fair man. I never knew he had been on the league list. Never boasted about it.

Line-ups for the friendly game between Exeter & Dutch team Go Ahead Deventer in 1970. Linesman Gordon Richards later had one season on the Football League line (1976-1977).

Referee Owen Mullarkey (Exeter) with the captains before the Exeter-Go Ahead Deventer friendly in August 1970. He was a Football League linesman 1971-1974 & while he may not be a familiar name his son Mike Mullarkey became one of England's most renowned assistant referees.

Comes to something when Spurs’s best chance of avoiding relegation is the pending 60 point deduction for Man City…😉.

One staffed till @Tesco Stirling tonight - I was fourth trolley in the queue. Supermarkets seem bent on getting everyone into their cattle pen self service checkouts. Another example of the #enshittification of daily life that barely raises a murmur of protest.

Someone found out my first book is 277 pages and said, "Books less than 300 aren't worth my time." I've read many fantastic reads that were less than 300 pages. How sad to miss out on good books because of a page count.

We hired a consulting firm to tell us why our profits are down. They sent three 24-year-olds wearing vests. They spent two months interviewing us about our own jobs. Then they put our answers into a PowerPoint presentation. They charged us $250K for this privilege. During the final readout, one of them used the phrase synergy optimization without blinking. I looked around the conference room. Our CEO was nodding like he just received the Ten Commandments. The grand conclusion was that we need to increase revenue and decrease costs. I could've told them that for a gift card to Panera. But nobody listens to the guy who works here. You only listen to the guy who flies in on a Tuesday. I'm updating my resume to include synergy optimization. It feels like the right move.

7. Do the fans of Real Madrid/Atletico Madrid/FC Barcelona/PSG/Manchester City etc really want to sign players who have played so badly for the last 2 seasons. I doubt it. So many of the Spurs players will never ever play for a better Club than Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
Douglas Bagley@dougbagleyfdl

6. Which players this season are better than last season, when did we last sing the names of our players. All of those Clubs in Europe and the Premier League I think will be hesitant and cautious about signing any of the Spurs players if we do get relegated. Even Cristian Romero.

@vbtspafc There may be 4500 on the waiting list, but how many of those are on it from last season and may not take it up now when offered. A bird in the hand is worth two in tbe bush

The club have completely got this wrong again IMHO. Not so much the increase amount but the expected timescale to pay and the cleverly worded hint that there are 4,500 others waiting to take your seat if you don’t pay up. Not the first time the average fan has been shafted #pafc

Rival fans, the media etc laughing at the Spurs fans yesterday? I don't think they realise Twice in 12 months the Spurs fans have put on a show of support bigger than 99% of the clubs in the country ever have Not our fault the team is crap but that makes it even more impressive

MILIJA ALEKSIC @SpursOfficial (1978–1982) Joined Spurs from Luton Town in December 1978 for a fee of £100,000. He made a total of 32 senior appearances for the club. He lost his starting position following the signing of legendary goalkeeper Ray Clemence in 1981 and eventually moved to South Africa
