@IlyasCigarette Audiobook fiend; I’m always impressed when a narrator does character voices without it sounding caricaturish. For that reason, I love: The Amelia Peabody series by Elizabeth Peters, narrated by Barbara Rosenblat The Kushiel’s Legacy universe, narrated by Anne Flosnik

i’m not normally an audiobook person, my mind wanders too easily and i tend to find the narrators kinda cringe in a lot of them so i prefer physically reading but i really want to find some that i can listen to while i work. has anyone got any good recommendations?

@IlyasCigarette They're YA, but I enjoyed the narrators for the Percy Jackson books, The Scholomance Trilogy, Ember in the Ashes, Ready Player One, and A Thousand Pieces of You, just off the top of my head. Also sometimes I find it helps some narrators to speed it up a bit, like 0.5x to 1.5x
