I'm convinced that @Tracfone wireless has no idea what's its doing as a company. SAME ISSUE WITH MY PHONE FOR MONTHS! I've been calling for months getting representatives who don't know what they are doing and don't know how to fix my phone.

4 days. Hours upon hours just trying to use the BYOP kit I purchased with my own money. Despite numerous times telling your techs that I have a T-Mobile variant OnePlus. They had me activate Sim A which by logic would be the Verizon SIM.
Justine is the name of the current tech that is arguing with me and refusing to do what I've asked several times and activate SIM B. Also asked to speak to a supervisor or floor supervisor or someone higher up, and she's not answering whatsoever, so she's ignoring me.
I have never had such atrocious customer service or tech support. It is ridiculous that they didn't come to the realization that they were telling me to put in the wrong SIM card, and that's why I've had no data for 4+ days. These tweets are just the beginning. BBB, FCC, ++++
