
As someone who STUDIED IP in the Media industry... 9/10 of Artists don't fully understand Commercial Use and some provide misinformation of their "version" of it putting themselves at risk of Law Suit if they're not careful. Commercial Use, is Commercial Use. Simple as. If the Art is used in a commercial setting and is used to generate money in any way and not limited to: Advertising, Branding, Selling/Reselling and similar fields, this is under Commercial Use. None of this, "It's okay for streaming, but you can't use it to sell merch". You're basically giving away the IP rights, UNLESS both parties agree to royalties, or part ownership.
