You parade yourselves as “protectors of genocide survivors,” yet for over 30 years you stayed silent while the same @rpfinkotanyi regime hunted, jailed, disappeared, traumatized, and killed fellow survivors who dared to think independently. Where was your outrage when voices like #KizitoMihigo, #Rwisereka, Dr #Gasakure, #Rwigara, and #Karasira were silenced or died under suspicious circumstances after criticizing Kagame’s system? You never speak when survivors become victims of the regime because Ibuka’s real mission is not defending survivors,it is defending @rpfinkotanyi power. The hypocrisy is obvious: people accused in genocide cases suddenly become “clean” once they join or serve the FPR system. Names like #Rwarakabije, #Kigurube,#Ninja,#Gatsinzi,#MusafaziriHarerimana known by many Rwandans continue to circulate freely because loyalty to Kagame matters more than justice. I’ve been in Rwanda’s creative industry for years. I invested my own money, my time, and my belief in it. So hearing @PaulKagame stand on stage pretending to champion African creatives is pure political theater. This regime does not support artists. It fears influence it cannot control. #KizitoMihigo was celebrated until he challenged the regime, then imprisoned and found dead. #JayPolly was jailed and died in custody. Aimable Karasira was imprisoned for speaking openly. #BahatiInnocent disappeared after releasing music about Rwanda’s reality.
