@Etsy has now ruined my son’s bday because a seller forgot to ship for 2 weeks & then they refunded me right away so I can’t leave a review. Customer support was no help, makes sense when their business model wants inflated ratings so you buy and they get their cut

Where else but @UberEats can Customer Support just end a chat by saying we’re not going to help you and provide no other options!?

How does @UberEats get away with such blatant false advertising? I buy steaks advertised at $15.75/lb on the app, but then they turn around and price adjust the entire 34% savings and add it to your bill after delivery under adjustments. Why is no one looking into this!?

@Nationwide I can’t possibly be more disappointed in your customer service and agent follow up. I have had an outstanding claim since 10/31/23 and there has been ZERO movement on it after multiple inspections and continued follow up by myself to see where things are at. Poor
