The Indian Union is unviable in its current form. There is no just way to balance the right to self determination and resource allocation in the current set up. The only options are: democratic, orderly and extreme decentralisation or ugly Balkanisation.

What a mighty Brahmin empire it was! From Attack in the west to Katak in the east! Brahmins were the masters of Bharat in much of the 18th century! Parashuram was reborn!🚨

@RashmiDVS How nice. The problem is cet itself. Forcing kannadiga students to take the exam and loot their places and give the control of college education to Delhi and use such news to fool Hindus in karnaataka. If they use this brilliance in improving people lives India can become better.

Hindus are officially second-class citizens in Karnataka. For today’s CET exam, Hindu students were forced to remove their Janeu, a sacred thread worn on the body. But the same state has never seen problem with allowing Hijab. Tell me, what has a greater capacity to “hide” and “cheat”? A thin thread across the torso — or yards of cloth covering the head and body? This is not secularism. This is targeted humiliation of Hindus.

There is massive outrage over a Bengaluru couple kissing in public. Many are calling it “against our culture.” I am not sharing that video. But I have questions. Why don’t we outrage when men pee openly on streets? Why don’t we outrage when women are molested in buses and trains? Why don’t we outrage when innocent people are beaten in public? But two young consenting adults kissing has triggered nationwide anger. Is kissing a crime? Don’t we watch the same scenes every day on OTT platforms and in films? What is even more disturbing is this .. people are sharing their faces, exposing them, and turning them into targets of public shaming. Has anyone thought about their mental state right now? This is not about culture. This is about selective outrage @BlrCityPolice @CPBlr @DgpKarnataka @NCWIndia

This explains why TATA was in a tearing hurry to bail out Jaguar and Land Rover, spending billions of dollars (earned in India) to revive these struggling British car brands. Ratan Tata was simply being loyal to his former masters who made him rich. It's been nearly 20 years since the acquisition but the finesse of Jaguar hasn't rubbed off on Tata models which still look poorly designed. The Drain of Wealth did not end in 1947 with the exit of the British; it continued under TATA.

Indian people were more advanced than White people for over 90% of recorded history, according to the maximally truth-seeking Grok. But you never hear Indians talking shit like: "LOL- your greatest conqueror in history (who was genetically not even really related to you) shat his pants after barely defeating one of our random minor kings, and his army morale dropped so hard, it made him cry like a baby" Clinging to temporary historical Ws, and belittling others, leads to hubris. Hubris leads to underestimating the Vietnamese, the Afghans, the Iranians, the Chinese.... I remember when American billionaire Todd Boehly bought Chelsea Football Club and bragged about having far more advanced sports data science than the "backwards" Europeans. Now look at where Chelsea is- it's a super banter club. Stay humble. Learn from everyone.

Brightest young engineers in India should be in R&D or startups doing cutting edge tech. That’s the only way to build a great nation. Every company must set aside 10% of its profits for R&D. Govt must give tax credits, no questions asked. It’s not all lost as yet!!

Bangladesh being wealthier than India is good for India. It will knock India out of its complacency that nationalism has caused. But Bangladesh shouldn’t get too wealthy because India will give up easily and start coping.

This kind of behavior cannot be tolerated. Students come to places like Manipal for education and personal growth, not to openly indulge in such acts on public roads without any sense of shame or responsibility. What was witnessed is not just casual public display of affection it crosses the line into complete disregard for public decency. When questioned, instead of responding respectfully, the individual casually dismissed concerns by repeatedly saying “Hindi, Hindi” and avoided accountability altogether. When asked about his native place, he simply made vague gestures with his head and walked away, showing a lack of basic respect and responsibility. Shocking and unacceptable! A couple was seen engaging in highly inappropriate and indecent behavior in public in Manipal. This is not about moral policing this is about maintaining basic civic sense and respect for shared public spaces. Such actions openly disrespect social norms and the comfort of people around them.Manipal is a well-known education hub where students and families expect a safe and respectful environment. Incidents like this raise serious concerns where are the authorities, and why is such behavior being ignored? There is a growing trend among some sections of modern youth where the line between freedom and irresponsibility is being blurred. Freedom does not mean doing anything, anywhere, without regard for others. Public spaces are shared spaces, not private zones. Many parents send their children here with trust, hoping they will focus on studies and build a better future. Incidents like this only damage that trust and the reputation of such places. This is not about being overly strict it is about basic discipline, respect, and understanding boundaries. Such behavior should not be normalized, and authorities must take notice before it becomes more widespread. #manipal #kudla #udupi #genz @MAHE_Manipal @PoliceUdupi @dcudupi @alokkumar6994 @DgpKarnataka @KarnatakaCops @Lolita_TNIE @ChristinMP_

Two of India’s sharpest politicians just proved something Rahul Gandhi has been saying for years. And neither of them meant to. Raghav Chadha — ICA qualified, articulate, camera-ready. Joined BJP after 15 years in AAP using a constitutional loophole. Shashi Tharoor — PhD, Oxford, UN career, probably the most eloquent Indian in a room. Praised Modi’s anti-terrorism policies. BJP’s media celebrated him. He called it “pro-India.” Two men. Peak qualifications. Peak communication. Zero ideological spine. And this is the part nobody says out loud; Ideology isn’t a quality. It’s the only quality that matters. Degrees tell you HOW to argue. Personality tells you HOW to charm. Communication tells you HOW to perform. Ideology tells you WHY you’re in the room at all. Without it, you’re just a talented man looking for the most comfortable side. Raghav found his. Tharoor is still warming up to his. Then there is Rahul Gandhi. No constitutional loopholes. No praises for the authoritarian regime. No skipping strategy meetings because he felt disrespected. Just Bharat Jodo on foot; 4,000 km. In the cold. In the heat. When nobody believed. Just walking into Parliament; against a majority that mocks him, and saying “I will not yield” on minority rights. And not yielding. Just forcing a caste census out of a government that never wanted it. Raghav had the talent. Tharoor has the words. BJP has the power. Rahul has something none of them have; a reason that hasn’t changed since day one. That’s not charisma. That’s not education. That’s ideology. And in a country fighting for its Constitution, that is the only currency that actually holds value. The fight against RSS-BJP’s tyranny doesn’t need the most brilliant speaker. It needs the one person who refuses to leave the battlefield. That person is Rahul Gandhi. And that’s exactly why they’ve spent a decade trying to destroy him; because they know ideology without ego is the one thing their money and machinery cannot buy.

A decade back I used to take all the Federalism nonsense agenda at face value More powers to states, respecting regional parties etc But more I studied public policy, politics and from my observations in Europe, I realised all that was nonsense In India, it is not at the state level that decentralisation has to happen It is at city administration level that has to happen States in India are too powerful incentivising parochial feudal dehat and sub-national Identity politics Moderate size states like Kerala, Telangana, Haryana and high empowered urban municipal bodies, especially municipal corporations, is the right way to go and has to be the future of India
