@1Password I found the problem. Since I had the old 1Password 7 app and the new 1Password 8 app installed, the wrong one was selected in iOS password settings, so I accidently used the old app, where Face ID was disabled.

@vaeluu Our apologies, that definitely doesn't sound right. Are you running the latest version and have you tried a forced restart of your device? support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ip… If you drop an email to support+social@1password.com with a link to your post in we'll reach out to investigate.

@1Password Face ID isn‘t working properly on my IPhone since months. Always manually typing in the master password is just pain. Can you please provide an ETA for a fix for this?

@1Password I already did this and it still doesn‘t work unfortunately.

@vaeluu Hey, VALI. This was resolved in 8.10.0. If you toggle off Face ID in 1Password > Settings > Security, lock then unlock the app with your account password before toggling Face ID back on again this will reset the data in the secure enclave an should fix the issue.
