@ASOS Having massive issues with my orders, spent over 400 on an order, with more than half of the items ordered MISSING. while it says on my account it was delivered. Spent the whole day yesterday trying to resolve this over chat, spoke to 3 different people. still unresolved.

@octopus_energy emergency!! I have tried to contact by phone, Instagram, Facebook and email. The gas meter is saying battery fail so I have no gas/heating/hot water and the electric key is not accepting topup, been running on emergency credit for 3 days now. Panicking
