What I love about AI age is I can still wrap things after couple beers 🤣. So tody afternoon decided to tackle one bigger (rewrite, migratioj]n, etc..) task from backlog, no hard deadlines for that one at this moment. Probably finished 75-80%. Than gone for 3-4 hours. After returning, despite drinking 4 and half beers decided to wrap some things. Claude did very well. But you can ask me tommorrow for confirmation just in case (of too many beers). But now I am saying Claude did very good job on last 25%. Unless my self disapprove that tommorow (probably not)

Did watch the episode yesterday, and decided to try Appraise.net tool. Just to see how I am pricing vs. what the tool says. Did run 60 domains. There is some wide discrepancy on some, but picked the top 10 by appraise.net Conclusion - on some did really close. Some of them have much bigger difference. There is no objective appraisal of domain name. There is guidance how much the domain could worth with really good matching with the potential client. The OnBold was sold last month for 4800$ - but I acquired as part of wholesale, and did not price lot of domains there - it was left on BIN for 6-7k on Atom after acquiring . But still I would not price it in that range (65-145k) I would price perhaps Deum a bit higher, but is still on Atom at max (as premium), so we will see.
