If I didn't know better, I would suggest that the South African @GovernmentZA is actively doing everything in its power to foment a civil war in our country.
Diesel going up by 20% is absolutely outrageous. Our fuel is taxed in excess of 30% on every liter. @CyrilRamaphosa could offset those levies if he truly cared about the people of this nation. He doesn't.
How does the @MYANC imagine ANYONE being able to weather a 20% increase in the cost of living? The price of fuel has a bearing on EVERYTHING. Food. Transports. Goods. All of it is affected.
... and don't tell me that this is all due to the Iran conflict. We get most of our oil from places like Angola and Nigeria. Why, then, are we being punished like this at the pump?
To all my American followers: after Wednesday, South Africans will be paying the equivalent of $9/gallon for diesel.

🚨 I was almost taken hostage in Cuba...
I went to Cuba to document the humanitarian crisis and show life under 60+ years of communism and now amid the US blockade. Once I landed, they seized all my cameras except my iPhone and had intelligence agents following me all day until my security noticed their spies tailing us to the hotel where they waited all night for us to come down.
Under communism there is no free speech, and those who show the reality or speak up are imprisoned. Me going without a planned Cuban government guide nearly got me and my security taken hostage or imprisoned.
The situation in Cuba is much worse than anyone knows.

While part of a US Army Special Forces unit in the Pacific for a couple years, I spent a summer in Australia with G Troop and E Troop from the SAS,along with our Aussie EOD counterparts from the Special Operations Engineer Regiment.
Some of the best dudes I ever worked with.
Many of them were close friends with Ben.
In true Aussie fashion, one called him, “The best fuggin’ cunt I’ve ever known.”
The highest of praise from those guys.
They love him. A real Australian patriot and a great man.
The SASR and SOER bros even took us to the Australian War Memorial in Canberra one weekend, where we saw the Hall of Valour with his display in it, pictured below.
