I don’t want to be a Nigeria 5 million Naira? No way! If you are serious though, here’s how it works: 1. Visit the eCitibiz portal. 2. Upload your Birth Certificate, Nigerian Passport, and Citizenship Certificate (yes, some people don’t even have one) 3. Provide a High Court Affidavit. 4. Submit proof of citizenship from another country, because Nigeria won’t let you be stateless. Your application is then forwarded to the President for final approval. Remember: Approval is not guaranteed the President has the final say.
