@DoorDash the heck is happening? my order added 40+ minutes onto the delivery time with 0 dashers in sight and support is taking forever to cancel the order.

@DoorDash Id like to understand why dashers can do multiple orders but customers have to pay the same amount? we pay for dash pass and our food is cold or melted. customers should have the option to reject dashers who do this or receive money off their order. frustrated.
