🎯 Shoot the MIDDLE of the basketball. Good work with @TrevonDuval getting his hand under the basketball and shooting the middle of the basketball. We laid some ground work before getting into this drill where our focus is getting that ball to come straight back to us.

Shots don't need to look a certain way. If a player (like Kelsey Plum) has proven consistency in games with their mechanics, we learn to explore around those habits. And if they haven't, then we work to explore around new habits and movement patterns to help them find that consistency and adaptability.
