As I've mentioned before, @arkade_os is Bitcoin with extra steps
You can inspect Arkade transactions using standard Bitcoin software like @SparrowWallet and @mempool
But how is that possible when the vast majority of transactions never get published to Bitcoin mainnet?

We've been getting a lot of questions about @milesjennings's article at the firm this week.
While Miles makes good points about bad corporate governance generally, his critique of foundations misses several key points.
As someone who's structured 100+ foundations, let's address the main arguments 🧵

The end of crypto's foundation era is here. New policy (CLARITY Act), emerging structures (DUNA), and smarter tooling (BORGs) enable better systems — better incentives, accountability, and decentralization. My new post on why it’s time to move on from foundation structures👇

1/ Very pleased to have played a small role in finally taking down @exchcx – one of the most prolific services used for money laundering in the past year. eXch was a hub for DPRK, CSAM vendors, script kiddies, scammers, and many more bad actors laundering the money.

@Vigil_eth 38/ Adding this because important. I was gonna do another 30 posts on taxes because it’s probably the most practically relevant issue when it comes to foundation structuring.
Until I get around to that please seek tax advisor.

1/ Foundations for Web3 projects - what they are, what they are not and why you even use them.
In crypto law, the 'foundation' is one of the least understood and most expensive products sold to founders.
Oftentimes, it feels like most lawyers themselves do not understand it.

Nothing like reviewing the absolute fucking dogshit some lawyers sell to founders to motivate me to write my monthly legal thread to remind people I'm a real lawyer. I will be spending my afternoon demystifying one of the most expensive products lawyers sell. Foundations.
