RIP Eleanor Coppola, author, filmmaker, artist and wife of Francis Coppola. To read her memoir NOTES and know what she went through with APOCALYPSE NOW and Coppola, it’s amazing that marriage survived. It’s all because of her. She was a force behind much of Coppola’s success.
