Do not fly too high on praise, or too low on criticism. Adjusting your altitude to minimize mental turbulence is a superpower.

@janthonylong This thinking is the problem with agencies. You think your expertise is superior due to being “hired.” I find agency relationships to only be successful with a partnership mentality. This isn’t partnership. Mutual respect is necessary.

Agencies should not end presentations with a "thank you" slide, the client should be thanking us.
