@vdb_guy @ockhams Decriminalisering dient ervoor dat vrouwen niet langer strafrechtelijk vervolgd kunnen worden. Het verandert niets aan wat medisch mag: de limiet blijft 24 weken. Het haalt enkel een oude strafwet weg — geen nieuwe rechten, geen “abortus tot aan de geboorte”.

Ik kan dit niet geloven: in UK kan een vrouw abortus plegen tot aan 9 maanden. Zonder gevolg of vervolging? Is dat echt zo? Dat is toch onvoorstelbaar.

@RonnyMatthijs Van dat nooit winnen zou ik niet zo zeker zijn, toch niet als je de laatste ontwikkelingen volgt. Met genoeg steun is dat zeker mogelijk.

Dat denk ik niet, de oorlog in Oekraïne is een zinloze oorlog die NOOIT kan gewonnen worden. De énige oplossing is een compromis maken met de Russen.

The UK House of Lords has just legalised abortion up to birth. Women can now end the life of their unborn baby at any stage, for any reason, without legal consequences. A truly dark day for Britain.

@P_Kallioniemi Of course AFTER an acceptable peace deal, negotiated between Ukraine, Europe and Russia. After any war relations got normalised in t past. Fact remains that Europe nor Ukraine can count on the US anymore to reach peace with Russia. Trump sides with Putin, we know for a long time.

@defense_civil25 Because that's not what NATO is for. We have to explain all the time that NATO is a defence alliance in case a member gets attacked on their own soil. Iran didn't attack the US, did it? Therefore it's a war of choice and there is no article in the treaty for intervention by NATO.

Every member of NATO refused the call to help the United States to restore freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz. All of Them!!
