Dear Sir, please ignore the previous communication. We would like to inform you that flight AI 2201 of 10 Mar 26 has been cancelled due to the prevailing situations in Middle East. In such situations, we can offer an alternate flight(subject to availability), or a full refund on cancellation. As checked, alternate flights are available from JDH to DXB via BOM on the same day with limited seats. If you wish to reissue this ticket, please share the passenger's passport copy via DM for us to assist you. You may also opt for a full refund on ticket cancellation through your respective travel agent.

@vdvyas Hi, as of now, the flight is operating as scheduled. If the passenger wishes to cancel the booking, the waiver is available until 10th March, and the same has been communicated to the travel agencies. You may advise the passenger to contact their agency for a full refund.
